The Digga Heavy Duty Core Barrel is designed for drilling applications where conventional augers become ineffective or when used in conjunction with tapered rock augers for extremely hard rock drilling conditions. The Core Barrel features a thin cutting edge designed to maximise penetration rates by reducing the amount of contact surface area that must be cut and removed during drilling.
Manufactured from high-grade steel and engineered specifically for demanding drilling environments, the Heavy Duty Core Barrel range is designed for 16–20 tonne excavators and features a 20mm wall thickness combined with 19mm rotating rock picks for maximum durability and performance.
Digga Core Barrels range from 400mm to 2100mm in diameter and are supplied with a Kelly Box (drive hub) to suit your machine.
