Industrial Grade Hydraulic Rock Breaker

The HFP Heavy Duty Hydraulic Rock Breaker is engineered for 10–12 tonne excavators, providing powerful hydraulic breaking performance for concrete, rock, trenching, hard ground preparation, roadworks and demanding civil construction applications.

Featuring a silenced enclosed housing and automatic self-greasing system supplied as standard, the breaker is designed to deliver strong, repeatable impact performance while reducing routine lubrication requirements and supporting tool and bush service life.

With an 85mm chisel diameter, 400–800 BPM blow frequency and 580kg total operating weight, the heavy-duty design provides high-output breaking performance for this excavator class.

Supplied complete with four breaker tools, automatic self-greasing system, hydraulic hoses and fittings, and backed locally by HFP Attachments with parts, repairs and ongoing technical support.

Automatic Self-Greasing System

The automatic self-greasing system is included as standard, providing automatic lubrication during operation and reducing the need for routine manual greasing.

Correct lubrication is important for breaker tool and bush service life, making the integrated greasing system particularly useful for commercial applications and machines operating regularly with the breaker.

Silenced Housing

The enclosed silenced housing helps reduce airborne operating noise compared with open-type breaker designs while also providing additional protection around the breaker body.

This makes the breaker well suited to construction, civil, utility and commercial applications where noise management and equipment protection are important considerations.

Designed to operate with:
