Industrial Grade Hydraulic Rock Breaker

The HFP Heavy Duty Hydraulic Rock Breaker is engineered for 17–20 tonne excavators, providing high-output hydraulic breaking performance for rock, concrete, quarry work, trenching, roadworks and major civil construction applications.

Featuring a silenced enclosed housing and automatic self-greasing system supplied as standard, the breaker is designed to deliver powerful, repeatable impact performance while reducing routine lubrication requirements and supporting tool and bush service life.

With a substantial 135mm chisel diameter, 400–800 BPM blow frequency and 1,898kg total operating weight, this breaker is built for demanding applications across quarry, infrastructure, civil and heavy construction environments.

Supplied complete with four breaker tools, automatic self-greasing system, hydraulic hoses and fittings, and backed locally by HFP Attachments with parts, repairs and ongoing technical support.

Automatic Self-Greasing System

The automatic self-greasing system is included as standard, providing automatic lubrication during operation and reducing the need for routine manual greasing.

Correct lubrication is important for breaker tool and bush service life, making the integrated greasing system particularly valuable for high-use commercial, civil, quarry and infrastructure applications.

Silenced Housing

The enclosed silenced housing helps reduce airborne operating noise compared with open-type breaker designs while also providing additional protection around the breaker body.

This makes the breaker well suited to demanding quarry, infrastructure, civil and construction environments where equipment protection and noise management are important considerations.

Hydraulic Requirements

Designed to operate with:

• Hydraulic oil flow: 130–150 L/min
• Hydraulic pressure: 160–180 kg/cm²
