360° Hydraulic Rotating Demolition Grapple

The HFP Hydraulic Rotating Demolition Grapple is a heavy-duty attachment designed for 6–8 tonne excavators running 50mm pins, combining powerful material handling with continuous 360° hydraulic rotation.

Designed for demolition, sorting, recycling, timber handling, rock handling and general material handling applications, the grapple allows the operator to rotate and position material precisely without continually repositioning the excavator.

With a maximum opening of 1500mm and 600mm grab width, this model provides increased capacity over the smaller grapple range, while a 10 tonne hydraulic cylinder force delivers strong gripping performance for demanding commercial applications.

Built for regular commercial use and supplied with hydraulic hoses and fittings, the grapple is backed locally by HFP Attachments with machine fitment advice, parts, repairs and ongoing technical support.

Fitment & Machine Compatibility

This grapple is offered for 6–8 tonne excavators running 50mm pins and is supplied with a pickup configured to suit the parent machine.

Excavator tonnage is a guide only. Due to variations between machine makes and models, correct fitment must be confirmed against the individual excavator.

To ensure correct fitment, please provide:

• Machine make

• Pin diameter
• Pin centre-to-centre measurement
• Width between ears

Hydraulic Requirements

The grapple requires hydraulic supply for both the 360° rotation function and grapple opening and closing functions.

Rotation:

• Oil flow: 30–55 L/min
• Operating pressure: 110–120 Bar

Grapple Cylinder:

• Oil flow: 25–50 L/min
• Operating pressure: 160–200 Bar
